* Produce creative multimedia and web design visually and mait ready 
  for futher   devepment process

* Provide advice on design and multimedia communication

* Manage and maintenance database system and network system.

* Report to project/program director or appointed officer


Requirements:

* Highly creative artist, self motivated team player

* Positive attitude with excellent communication skill

* Confident and fast to learn new tech and method

* Well organized and ability to work individually or in team with others

* Ready and able to work under tight deadline

* Fluent in English both verbally and written

* Demonstrate quality in producing creative, communicative web design.

* Skilled with tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, Flash

* Advanced knowledge and experienced with standard web technologies 
  such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS, Flash Action script
